You don’t need an exact count before contacting me. Choose the package that most closely matches the number of printed photographs you have, and we can confirm the details before your project begins.

A simple way to get started with a smaller collection or one special group of photographs.
Small Collection

A good fit for a photo box, several envelopes, or a focused family collection.

Designed for larger collections covering multiple years, events, or family memories.
Large Collection

Up to 2,000 photos
For families ready to tackle several boxes, albums, or years of accumulated photographs.

WHAT EVERY PACKAGE INCLUDES
Included with every standard photo package
Photo Digitization
Standard printed photographs are carefully scanned and converted into digital files.
USB Delivery
The completed organized digital collection is delivered on a USB drive.
Basic Digital Organization
Your scanned files are grouped into clear folders using the information available in your collection.
Depending on the collection, organization may use:
- Date
- Decade
- Event
- Family member
- Vacation
- Holiday
- Wedding
- Theme
- Existing album or envelope groupings
- Other logical categories appropriate to the collection
Exact dates or names are not required. When information isn’t available, I’ll use the most practical organization system for the collection.
Batch File Renaming
Files are renamed in organized batches instead of being left with generic filenames.
Examples may include:

Original Photos Returned
The customer’s original collection is returned when the project is complete.
If shipping is required, shipping costs are paid by the customer.
ADDITIONAL HANDLING
Special Formats
Save My Photos currently digitizes printed photographs, documents, Polaroids, negatives, and slides. At this time, Save My Photos does not digitize videotapes or other video formats.
Polaroids, Negatives & Slides
+$1 per image
Polaroids, negatives, and slides require additional handling and scanning and are charged at an additional $1 per image.
This surcharge applies in addition to the selected package price.

Memory Frame
Starting at $249
Turn favorite photographs from your completed project into a digital Memory Frame that’s prepared and ready to enjoy.
The price includes the digital frame and preparation/loading service. Standard USB delivery is still included.

Up to 100 photos
Create a Memory Movie using up to 100 photographs from the customer’s Save My Photos project.
Your organized digital files are still delivered on USB.

Photo Album Organization
Starting at $30
Want your original photographs organized too?
Loose photographs can be arranged into basic photo albums before your collection is returned.
You’ll be able to choose the album color/style and approximate album size that works best for your collection. This service is designed for customers who want their original printed photographs returned in a more organized, easy-to-browse format instead of placing loose photos back into boxes.
Up to 100 photos
Organization service: $30
Up to 600 photos
Organization service: $40
Up to 1,000 photos
Organization service: $50
Album cost is additional and depends on the album selected.
We’ll confirm the album size and available color/style options before the album is purchased for your project.

Shipping
Shipping costs are not included in package pricing and are paid by the customer.
Projects may be sent by shipping or arranged through local drop-off.
Specific instructions are provided when a project begins.
