A simple process for a project you’ve been putting off.<\/h1>

You don’t need to count, sort, or organize everything before getting started. Begin with the collection you have, and I’ll help you work through the rest.<\/p><\/div><\/section>\n

    Tell Me About Your Collection<\/h2>

    Start with a simple conversation.<\/p>

    Tell me what you have\u2014even if all you know is that you have several boxes, albums, envelopes, or loose photographs.<\/p>

    You don’t need an exact count before reaching out.<\/p><\/li>\n

    Send Me Your Collection<\/h2>

    Projects can be sent by shipping or arranged through local drop-off.<\/p>

    Boxes, albums, envelopes, and loose photographs are welcome. Specific shipping or drop-off instructions are provided before the project begins.<\/p>

    Shipping costs are paid by the customer.<\/p><\/li>\n

    We Organize the Project<\/h2>

    Before digitizing, we’ll determine the most practical way to keep your collection organized.<\/p>

    Your finished digital files can be grouped using the information available in the collection, such as:<\/p>

    Dates<\/span>Decades<\/span>Family members<\/span>Events<\/span>Vacations<\/span>Holidays<\/span>Weddings<\/span>Themes<\/span>Existing album or envelope groupings<\/span><\/div>

    Exact names and dates are not required. When information is unavailable, I’ll use the most practical organization system for the collection.<\/p>

    Files are batch-renamed so the finished collection is easier to browse and understand instead of being left with thousands of generic filenames.<\/strong><\/p>

    Want your loose originals organized too?<\/h3>

    Photo Album Organization<\/strong> is available as an optional add-on for loose original photographs. You can choose an album size and available color\/style, and selected photos can be organized into the album before your originals are returned.<\/p>

    Starting at $30 plus the cost of the selected album.<\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/li>\n

    Your Collection Is Digitized<\/h2>

    Save My Photos currently digitizes:<\/p>

    Photographs<\/span>Documents<\/span>Polaroids<\/span>Negatives<\/span>Slides<\/span><\/div><\/div>

    Polaroids, negatives, and slides require additional handling and scanning: +$1 per image<\/strong>. Standard printed-photo package pricing remains unchanged.<\/p>

    At this time, Save My Photos does not digitize videotapes or other video formats.<\/p><\/li>\n

  5. 5<\/span>

    Receive Your Organized Digital Files<\/h2>

    Your completed and organized digital files are delivered on a USB drive.<\/strong> USB delivery is standard.<\/p>

    Memory Frames and Memory Movies are available as optional additions if you’d like another way to enjoy and share your photographs.<\/p>

    If Photo Album Organization was added to the project, the selected loose photographs will also be returned arranged in the agreed-upon basic albums.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/section>\n

    Your originals come back to you.<\/h2>

    Digitization does not mean giving up the physical collection. Original photographs and materials are returned after the project is complete.<\/p>

    If Photo Album Organization is added, selected loose photographs can be returned arranged in basic albums instead of loose boxes.<\/p><\/div><\/section>\n
